Vista High School Football Players Visit Empresa 5th Graders!!
Five VHS Football Players came to Empresa to spend time with our 5th graders! Four of them are former Knights themselves! They spoke with the students about teamwork and physical fitness. They shared about their own backgrounds and how they learned about the importance of staying in school, time management, choosing friends wisely, and so much more. The football players put the kids through some fitness activities, too. We are inviting these five impressive young men back when our kids do their mile run for the fitness test. It was a great morning and we look forward to seeing them soon!!
